Our Story
UK Limited Company was founded by Kamil Krajewski to bring institutional quality finance capability to ambitious founders, families, and boards without the bureaucracy or conflicts of large institutions. Kamil’s experience spans corporate finance, portfolio strategy, and governance across private and public markets. He believes great advisory work is a craft: part analytics, part judgement, always aligned to outcomes that matter.
We keep our client list short so senior attention is not diluted. We prefer candour over ceremony, and measurable progress over performative busywork. London is home, but our clients operate across the UK and internationally.

He sets the standard for diligence, clarity, and pace, and he remains directly involved from the first scoping call to the last deliverable. Kamil is the first point of accountability for our most sensitive work, including capital strategy, board preparation, and high stakes negotiations.

Corporate Finance
Amelia runs day to day corporate finance engagements, turning strategy into clean outputs that survive diligence. She coordinates analysts, legal counsel, and technical specialists so the client only sees integrated answers.

David designs control environments that protect value without slowing growth. He helps leadership teams document how decisions are made, who can approve what, and how risk is monitored and reported.
